HSPVA Friends is a private, non-profit organization that provides support for education, art projects at Houston's internationally renowned High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, and the special needs of a diverse population of elementary, middle school and high school student artists representing ten counties in the Texas Gulf Coast Area.
